VOICEbook.com conditions of use

The VOICEbook.com website user is hereinafter referred to as "you".
The contract between you and VOICEbook.com for the sale of products online is not valid until VOICEbook.com has accepted your order, after receiving your payment, authorizing download of VOICEbooks or the addition of credits to your account. The contract between you and VOICEbook.com is implicit and in any case limited to the obligation on the part of VOICEbook.com to validate the download of VOICEbooks which have been paid to, or credited by, VOICEbook.com, as well as ensuring that these can be downloaded for an unlimited period of time without limitations provided that this download is carried out on the same computer identified by the same serial number used for the original download. This contract will be considered to have been undersigned in the territory of France and will be interpreted according to French law. Any disputes will also be resolved under French law.

Return of goods and refundment

Here at VOICEbook.com, the one thing we want is to satisfy you the customer when you download a VOICEbook or order a CD-ROM. However, you may find that for whatever reason you wish to send the article back to us. Below is our return policy.

For CD-ROMs

If you are not satisfied with your CD-ROM for any reason, you can return it to us in its original packaging, within 8 days of the delivery date, and we will refund the total price paid for the article.

To return a CD-ROM

To return a CD-ROM, please write a note explaining why you wish to return it to us, and enclose it with the CD-ROM itself. If the article has any defects, please describe them as fully as possible, and send this description with the CD-ROM in its original packaging, with all the corresponding documentation. Send everything to the address below with a copy of the invoice issued by VOICEbook s.a. r. l.

For VOICEbooks on line

All VOICEbooks that you have downloaded at any time can be downloaded again for free at any time at no additional cost to you, provided that the second download is carried out on the same computer identified by the same serial number as the one used for the original download.
So you can download a single VOICEbook as many times as you want, for whatever reason – hard disk crash, download interrupted, etc.

Allocating credit or refunding VOICEbooks on line

If you have downloaded a VOICEbook which is too easy or too difficult, or simply that you do not enjoy, we will

  • either replace the VOICEbook with a credit for a new purchase
  • or refund you the price of the VOICEbook you are returning


    • The conditions forn this credit or refund are as follows:
    1. The credit or refund must be requested within 10 days of downloading the VOICEbook.
    2. When you ask for a credit or refund, you agree to delete the VOICEbook from your hard disk (as well as any backup copies).

    Procedure for obtaining a credit or a reimbursement

    Send us an e-mail with the following information:

    1. your name
    2. your User Name
    3. the title of the VOICEbook for which you want a credit or refund, stating whether you prefer a credit or a refund
    4. the download date
    When we receive your request, we will write you a Deletion Letter containing the following information:
    1. your name and postal address
    2. your User Name
    3. the title of the VOICEbook for which you want a credit or refund, stating whether you prefer a credit or a refund
    4. the download date
    5. credit or refund details
    6. instructions for deinstalling the vb
    7. deinstall declaration, with date
    When you receive this Delete Letter and after deinstalling the VOICEbook, you sign and return the Delete Letter to us at the address indicated on the letter, or by fax at the number shown. As soon as we receive a signed copy of the Delete Letter, we will add the credit to your account or send you the refund.
    We thank you for your patience and understanding in helping us to follow this procedure.
